uktest.com is an independent study aid. It is not the Home Office and it is not immigration advice. We do not book the official test.
The official test is booked on GOV.UK and taken at a test centre. GOV.UK says the test has 24 questions and lasts 45 minutes, and that you are tested only on the official Guide for New Residents.
On what happens at the test, GOV.UK says: "You must score 75% or more to pass the test." 18 of 24 is 75%. That 18/24 figure is how this site scores its mock. GOV.UK prints the 75% line, not "18/24".

Is the official test online?+
No. You book on GOV.UK and sit the test at a test centre.
Who does not need to take it?+
GOV.UK lists exemptions on the booking page, including people under 18, people aged 65 or over, people who have already passed, and people with a long-term physical or mental condition who provide the form or doctor letter described on that page. Check the live list on GOV.UK before you assume an exemption.
What happens if I pass?+

What do I bring to the test besides ID?+

Can I cancel or get a refund?+

Is a UK driving licence accepted as ID?+
It is not on the GOV.UK accepted-ID list. That list is: a valid passport; a valid EU/Switzerland/Iceland/Liechtenstein/Norway ID card; a valid photo travel document that is not an emergency document; a BRP/BRC within the expiry rule GOV.UK states; or an eVisa share code.
